As believers who hope that when God shall appear, we shall be just like Him and that we will be with Him in eternal life, we have a hope and anticipation that motivates us to follow His Word and draw closer to Him so that we can receive what we hope for. God is inviting us to believe in Him and obey His word, as we hold on to the hope that motivates.
